How does an EBY membership work?
1. You tell us what your personal style is like.
Are you a ‘tight, bright and preferably fluorescent’ kinda gal or do you prefer your undies to match your Scandinavian-themed linen? Everyone has their own flavor tell us yours and we’ll find the undies to match.
2. Choose your delivery preference.
3. We send you kick ass undies.
Straight to your door. Once you join, your membership will auto‑renew automatically prior to each shipment until you modify or cancel. So you’ll never have to worry about being stuck with saggy, see through undies ever again. [Insert karate kick]
How many pairs of undies come in each box?
Monthly plan ‑ 1 pair per box
Every-other-month plan ‑ 2 pairs per box
Quarterly plan (4x per year) ‑ 3 pairs per box
In total, you’re getting 12 pairs - you just let us know the frequency at which you’d like them mailed to you.
Starting November 2017, you also be able to add as many extra undies to your next shipment as you want. And if you have too many you can skip a month. Woohoo! What a time to be alive.
Do you sell Gift Cards?
Hold that thought. We don’t currently offer Gift Cards but as of November 2017 we will. And yes, an EBY gift card is a guaranteed ‘top 10 presents I’ve ever received’ kind of present.
How do you pick what you send me?
Unlike other brands we know how to listen to our customers. You tell us what you like and don’t. Our professional panty-choosers then curate a selection based on your preferences.
Once a month, every-other-month, or once per season. It just depends on how much space you have in your drawer and if you like getting mail regularly or less often.
We’re constantly creating new designs and colors, so they have a lots to choose from.
Soon you’ll also have the option to add any specific colors or prints you want to your next box.
How do I make modifications to my membership order?
Things change, we get it. Just go to your Profile Page. Here you're able to switch up your product and color offering and adjust the frequency of your shipments. Just click on whatever section you'd like to modify.
How do I reserve a pair?
Limited edition colors and prints are released the first week of the month and are offered on a first booty in, first booty dressed basis while supplies last.
Sometimes, this doesn’t line up with your scheduled shipment. However, starting November 2017, if you see a design you must have, then you can just click “Add to Box” and it will be reserved for you and shipped with your next box. [Insert backflip here]
Will I ever receive the same print or color more than once?
We prefer to mix it up but you may receive duplicates from time to time depending on what color profile you selected. Think of it as backup in case your favorites are in the wash or accidentally left at a sleepover.
How do I get into my account if I can’t login or forgot my password?
First things first, be sure to select the bubble next to "Returning Customers" and then click on the words "Forgot Password?” just below the "Sign In" button.
Once you've clicked "Forgot Password?" simply type out the email you registered with us and we will automatically send a password reset email to your inbox. That means you’ll need to check your inbox and open up that email next.
Once you receive a password reset email you have 24 hours before it expires to open it up, click on the link inside and create a new password.
Can I skip a shipment?
Undies spilling out of the dresser? If you'd like to skip a month of your membership program, please log in to your My Account profile and click the "Manage Membership" button in the bottom right‑hand corner of the page. From there, click “Skip Next Shipment” and your next shipping date will be updated. Easy.
Why are EBY undies so damn comfortable?
Two words; flocking technology.
It sounds technical, because it is. It means you get seamless support and contouring – without the panty line. It’s also the reason our undies don’t ride, slide, or dig into your assets. Instead they work as one with you so you can run, shape, and shift the world.
How do I care for my pieces?
Treat them how you’d like to be treated: with care. While our undies are built to kick ass in, washing machines can be harsh and may affect the delicate material. When you can, hand‑wash in cold water with detergent made especially for delicates. This will help avoid rips, faded fabrics, and make your undies feel happy and loved.
After hand‑washing, lay flat on a drying rack or hang over a waterproof surface. Take ten minutes to do it at night, and in the morning you’ll have clean, dry undies waiting for you.

Do you offer free shipping?
Of course, just select the free shipping option.
What’s my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package from our warehouse directly to your door.
You can check the status of your order at any time in your My Account section.
How long will my order take to arrive?
It depends where you live and which shipping option you choose.
Free Shipping: 5 - 9 business days
In the US, when you select our free shipping option, we send our packages using FedEx Smart Post. FedEx picks up your package for the first half of the journey, and then passes it off to the USPS—so it goes from your local Post Office to your doorstep. This allows us to ship anywhere the USPS ships, including physical addresses and PO Boxes.
Fast Shipping: 3 business days
Express orders will ship via FedEx and be delivered right to your door. Please expect up to 3 business days after your box leaves our warehouse. Speedy shipments can't be delivered to PO boxes.
Regardless of how you're shipping, you'll receive a tracking number from us in your inbox as soon as it ships.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship all states and territories the United States, including Puerto Rico. Shipping to locations outside of the continental US tends to take a bit longer.

Do you ship Internationally?
Hello, international woman of mystery. Unfortunately, we don’t currently have the systems set up to offer international shipping.
But don’t worry, we're working on it. We have big plans for world domination.

I just received my box and there’s no packing slip. What gives?
Not only are we empowering women, but we’re also trying to minimize our carbon footprint and save the planet. We attempt to reduce paper wherever possible. You should have received a copy of your purchase info in your email confirmation when you placed the order. If you need a paper copy and the email confirmation just doesn’t cut it, or you don’t have a printer, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll mail you one.
How do I return an item?
Why would you want to return the best undies in the world? We’re confident you’ll love the fit, feel, and style of our products. But if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Due to hygiene reasons, underwear returns are handled on a case by case basis.

Note that we do not perform direct exchanges. Instead, follow the above process and indicate you'd like a merchandise credit ‑ you'll be able to use that towards your new EBY purchase.
When will I be billed?
You’ll be billed for your first box with your initial purchase. You’ll then fall into our regular billing and shipping cycles.
If you choose to pay for a whole year upfront, you’ll pay in full with your initial order and will not be billed monthly — you’ll be billed for another year after your 12th box.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept PayPal or pre‑paid cards at this time, but we’re working on it!
There is a $1 charge on my bank statement—what’s that about?
It's just your bank talking to our bank saying 'Yup, this is a valid account.' Don’t worry, that $1 is merely a holding charge. As soon as your order ships out, you will be charged for exactly the total of your order, and that $1 will drop off your statement immediately.
I see 'Stripe' on my bank statement—what’s that?
Stripe is one of our payment partners. In some cases, you might see 'Stripe' (or a variation of Stripe) on your credit card statement within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Within a day, EBY should appear on your statement in its place. If you have any questions or concerns about this, just send us an email and we’ll chat it through.
Can I cancel my membership if I’ve already paid for the full year?
If you’re finding EBY isn’t for you, memberships that have been paid for a year upfront can be canceled within the first month. Just reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us during business hours (Mon - Fri, 10am - 6pm EST) at 1.844.675.8587, and we’ll take care of it.
Beyond your first month, your yearly membership isn’t so easily canceled. Before you walk away we’d like to try and find a solution.
Don’t like your undies? Email us and we can look for a style that you prefer. Maybe you have too many undies? You can always skip your next shipment, no problem.

How do I cancel my membership online?
You can cancel your membership through the Your Details page of your Account Page by clicking "Cancel Membership”.
But before you go we’d like to try and make it work.
Don’t like your undies? Email us and we can look for a style that you prefer. Maybe you have too many undies? We can pause your membership. You’re moving to a nudist colony and no longer have any need for undies? We understand, say hi to Belle for us.

How do I become an EBY Emissary?
You sign up here. Then use your personal link to refer a woman in your life into EBY. Once she signs up, you will officially become an Emissary with access into our private Facebook page, lots of free swag, and the opportunity to really feel the impact you personally contribute towards. What would I do as an Emissary?
Your number one mission is to spread the word about EBY through your community. That could be through your campus, your friendship or work network, or your family.
You’ll receive a unique link and every time you refer a new member you get credits. You’ll also give feedback and brainstorm ideas for global domination at EBY HQ, attend and help organize EBY Break events to connect with other local EBY Emissaries, and most importantly wake up smiling knowing that you’re actively involved in a cause that has a real impact on women around the world. Oh and you wear killer undies, every day. Obviously.
